Locuiesc într-un duplex situat într-un bloc nou, însă finisajele predate de dezvoltator sunt de o calitate foarte slabă: parchetul prezintă denivelări, iar pereții din gips-carton nu sunt izolați fonic deloc, auzindu-se orice zgomot din apartamentul vecin.
