Travel Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. The published offer is a direct offer from members of the Union of Rural Tourism and their partners.
  2. The published prices are set by the accommodation providers. The price does not include insurance of any kind. Customers are to arrange insurance individually – we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
  3. Reservations can be made directly or via our RESERVATION SERVICE.
  4. By covering the bill the customer agrees to these conditions.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION VIA OUR RESERVATION SERVICE

  1. Fill in the preliminary reservation form, which is available from each accommodation provider, and send it to us.
  2. You can also send us an e-mail message directly without having to fill in the form.
  3. Within the maximum of two working days we will confirm your order or offer you an alternative and send you the necessary payment details. We charge a 0 CZK reservation fee for one destination and one term for up to six people.
  4. The reservation is valid from the day we receive your payment and confirm it.
  5. Should we not receive payment within the set term the reservation automatically expires.
  6. We are very sorry, but it is not technically possible to make your reservation later than two days before the intended beginning of your stay. For last-minute payments credit cards are accepted only.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT VIA OUR RESERVATION SERVICE

  • Credit card payment: 10% advance from the total price and the reservation fee is paid. The remaining 90% is paid directly to the accommodation provider. Possible exceptions are stated in the individual offers.
  • Bank transfer: 50% of the total price and reservation fee is paid, the remaining 50% is paid directly to the accommodation provider. Possible exceptions are stated in the individual offers. SORRY, BUT WE CANNOT ACCEPT CHEQUES. In case of the bank transfer, all bank charges are paid by the mandator. Otherwise the bank charges will be collected when making the payment for the stay.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • We only accept written requests for the cancellation of a reservation.
  • S\Cancellation fees:
    • up to 65 days before the term starts – 15% from the total price + reservation fee
    • up to 31 days before the term starts – 30% from the total price + reservation fee
    • less than 30 days before or in case of failure to turn up – 50% from the total price + reservation fee
  • In case the advance payment is lower than the cancellation fee (credit card payment) the customer agrees with automatic collection of the rest of the amount from his credit card.
  • In case the advance payment is higher (bank transfer) than the cancellation fee, the remainder amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

The published offer is a direct offer of the providers of the services. The contractual relationship is between the accommodation/service provider and the customer only. All claims and complaints must therefore be solved in the same way. To make communication easier for both sides we have established a client hotline.
